Embossed Metal Ornament Gift Tag

• Cardstock – navy
• Silver Craft Metal Sheet – Making Memories
• Paper Trimmer
• Silver Eyelet (1)
• Eyelet Setting Tool Kit
• Glue dots
• Craft fibers

Instructions:

1. Using paper trimmer, cut a piece of navy cardstock to measure 7" X 3 ½". Fold in half and score to create a small card that measures 3 ½" square. Insert front flap of card between stencils on ShapeBoss tray and emboss diamond line along left and right edges of front flap of card. Remove from stencils.
2. Insert piece of metal between stencils and emboss ornament shape. Using scissors trim ornament shape out.
3. Using hand punch, punch one hole in upper left corner of front flap of card. Insert eyelet into this hole. Flip over onto craft mat. Insert eyelet setter tool into backside of eyelet. Tap 3 – 4 times onto tool using hammer, or until backside of eyelet begins to curl over. Remove Setting tool and hammer directly onto back of eyelet to finish.
4. Cut a piece of craft fibers to measure 12". Fold in half. Thread loop end through eyelet, then loop loose ends through loop and pull tight. Tie knot in end of fibers and trim as desired.
5. Adhere ornament shape onto front flap of card using glue dots.
