Just For You! Card

Supplies:

• 12"/30 cm Euro Personal Paper Trimmer
• Border Punch - Diamond
• Pinking Paper Edgers

• Yellow cardstock
• Pink, orange and yellow stripe patterned paper by Anna Griffin
• Pink diamond patterned paper by Anna Griffin
  
• Yellow buttons
• Orange chalk
• Orange embroidery floss
• Black stamping ink
• “Just For You” rubber stamp by Stampendous!
• White string
• Foam mounting tape
• Sewing machine and white thread
• Adhesive

Instructions:

1. Create 5 ½” x 4 ¼” card from yellow cardstock.
2. Cut off the bottom ¾” from the front flap of card. Chalk bottom front edge with orange.
3. Cut a 1” x 5 ½” strip of the striped paper and adhere to bottom of inside card so when card is shut it shows along bottom edge.
4. Cut a 3 ½” x 5 ½” piece of pink diamond patterned paper.
5. Use the Diamond Border Punch and punch along both long edges of pink piece. Adhere to center front of card.
6. Cut a 1 ½” x 4 ½” piece of yellow cardstock. Cut one short end off with the Pinking Paper Edgers. Adhere to right side of card lining up small straight edge with edge of card.
7. Using a sewing machine, white thread and a straight stitch, sew around edge of yellow strip.
8. Sew along bottom pink piece just above punching.
9. Wrap front flap with a piece of orange embroidery floss and knot at right side. Trim ends.
10. Stamp sentiment onto a yellow piece of cardstock with black ink. Cut out into a block and chalk edges with orange. Adhere to front of card with foam tape.
11. Thread two large yellow buttons with white string and adhere to front on left side of yellow strip.
