Saint Patrick's Day Card

Supplies:

• Mini ShapeBoss™ Starter Set
• Comfort Grip™ Micro-Tip® Scissors
• 12"/30 cm Euro Personal Paper Trimmer

• Cardstock – dark green, light green, white
• Decorator's Chalk - green
• Ribbon and fibers (black & white, black)
• Adhesives

Instructions:

1. Cut a piece of white cardstock to measure 4 1/4" X 5 1/2". Chalk around the edges of front flap of card.
2. Cut a piece of light green cardstock to measure 4 1/4" X 5 1/2". Tear this piece diagonally and adhere to front flap of card.
3. Insert white cardstock between stencils on Mini ShapeBoss tray. Emboss 3 heart shapes into the shape of a shamrock by turning the paper 90 degrees between shapes. Emboss extra scroll for shamrock stem.
4. Remove top stencil on tray and use as a chalking stencil. Tear around embossed shamrock. Lightly crinkle edges of paper for worn look. Lightly chalk around torn edges.
5. Adhere embossed piece to dark green cardstock. Tear around white cardstock, leaving approximately a 1/8" border.
6. Cut a piece of ribbon and a piece of black fibers to measure 9". Using the sharp point of your scissors, cut a slit on the spine of the card. Insert one end of both pieces into slit, then wrap around front flap of card. Adhere on front side of card.
7. Adhere embossed layers over ribbons.
