Instructions:
- Using paper trimmer, cut a piece of periwinkle cardstock to measure 4" X 9". Replace cutting blade with scoring blade. Score each end of strip at 2". Fold at score line. Unfold and lay flat onto craft mat.
- Using ShapeCutter with Circles ShapeTemplate and craft mat, cut half circles (4.0" circle shape) at each end, cutting only on the 2" flap created by score line.
- Cut a piece of patterned scrapbook paper to measure 3-3/4" X 4-3/4". Using photo stickers, adhere this to periwinkle paper between score lines.
- Cut a piece of turquoise paper to measure 3-1/2" X 8-1/2". Score each end of strip at 1.75". Fold at score line. Unfold and lay flat onto craft mat.
- Using ShapeCutter, cut half circles (3.5" circle shape) at each end, cutting only on the 1.75" flap created by score line.
