Activity:
Each student will:
- Trace leaves on paper, cut out.
- Trace acorns on paper, cut out.
- Write upper case letter on oak leaf and lower case letter on acorn.
- Match leaves to appropriate acorns.
Ideas:
Place small magnets on back of leaves and acorns to hang on the refrigerator at home.
Create a vine with flowers (uppercase letters) and leaves (lower case letters) that goes around the entire classroom.
