I am a sucker for gadgets & tools- especially those described as being "multi-purpose". Usually I am disappointed. Not so today. I bought a big grip multi-purpose tool yesterday, and took it out in my garden, along with about 6 other tools that I usually lug around with me. This tool really replaces nearly all of my other hand tools, with the exception of my shears-which are quite old, and incidentally also made by Fiskars. My new best gardening tool- the big grip- is strong and sharp. I zipped through some of the most tedious and wrist breaking jobs in my garden, and now can get on with the fun stuff- watching the garden grow. I'll be cleaning out my tool shed tomorrow.

This has been the most used tool in my bag. Great for digging weeds and for planting. It also works great for dividing perennials. It is a great all around tool.
