Thanks!
We're happy to have you on board!
Journal-making is a great hobby of mine. I like to capture memories everywhere I go, especially when I travel. I've found that making a travel journal for each big trip I take helps me to remember all of the fun adventures I've been on! Follow these few simple steps to make your own today.
Steps to Make A Travel Journal:
Step 1: Measure and cut. Measure the envelopes and cut a few pieces of cardstock the same size to create pages, along with a piece for the front and back of the journal using Fiskars® Orange Handled Scissors.
Step 2: Print images. Print travel photos, trim them down to size and use adhesive to adhere them to the cardstock and envelope pages.
Step 3: Add embellishment. Working on the Fiskars® Heat-resistant Silicone Mat to keep your surface clean, embellish the journal pages with markers, punches, stamps and more.
Step 4: Start stamping. Use the Fiskars® Stamp Block Set, and Fiskars® Journal Sentiments Clear Stamps to embellish the journal pages.
Step 5: Add ink to your stamps. Using the Fiskars® Ink Brayer ensures an even application of ink onto rubber stands.
Step 6: Punch holes to assemble journal pages. Measure and punch through all journal pages using a Fiskars® Hole punch.
Step 7: Finish assembling journal. Join the pages and envelopes together with binder rings to complete your travel journal.
Step 8: Enjoy! Store special travel memorabilia like tickets, receipts and more inside the envelope pages.
