As the smallest brother in the Fiskars sledge hammer range, the Fiskars Sledge Hammer L is the easiest to handle during wood preparation and construction work. This tool features rounded edges on the striking surface which delay burring and lessen the risk of chipping. Like its bigger brothers, the rubber miss-hit guard helps to lessen jarring and potential injuries or strain. The shaft is made of a fibreglass core and features an elastomeric anti-slip and anti-vibration facility that ensures greater resistance and comfort when in full swing. This tool feature a hardened, tempered and forged carbon steel head making it last longer over the years.
